Recipes: Mango Porridge Fingers

Quick and easy recipe for breakfast or snacks on-the-go!
We absolutely LOVE using our Catchy plates and lid for these because you can cook, serve and store these all in the one container! Hello minimal washing up 🙌🏼

Serves: 1-2 depending on your baby’s portion size

For: 6+ months.
Storage: in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup water (boiled & cooled slightly)
1/2 cup organic coconut milk
1/2 cup mango (we used frozen)

Steps:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth OR you can mix them together in a large bowl (we recommend quick oats if doing this method)
  2. Place mixture into your Catchy silicone plate.
  3. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (depending on your microwave settings). The middle should be slightly firm to touch but still moist.
  4. Cut into fingers while still hot and then allow to cool to room temperature. We served ours with coconut yoghurt!
