Shipping policy

We strive to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. 

We use a postal or courier service which includes tracking.

Approximate postage times:

• Australia & New Zealand (2-10 working days)
• United States (2-10 working days)
• Canada (2-10 working days)
• United Kingdom (2-6 working days)
• Western Europe (2-15 working days) - Note: EU Orders are fulfilled from our UK Warehouse. Prices and Shipping rates now include all delivery duties and taxes so that your parcel can be delivered without being held up at customs :) (see more info below).
• Asia and the Pacific (5-20 working days)
  
• Rest of the world (5-25 working days)

Import Duties:

For USA, CAN, UK & Australia:  Shipped locally (i.e. there are no import duties payable).

EU (UPDATED):  We now ship all EU orders as DDP (delivery duties paid) to ensure a more seamless shipping experience for you! :) (This applies to the following countries in the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden)

For all other countries: Any import costs (e.g. customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer and not Catchy.

If your order includes an items marked as on "pre-order", we will ship your whole order together as soon as the pre-ordered item is back in stock.
